An expressive weaving experience paired with fine wines…
Take time to explore, experiment, and express yourself through a weaving experience, while enjoying carefully selected wines and a tea cocktail in a relaxed, sensory atmosphere.
We’ll guide you through simple weaving techniques, step by step, allowing your hands to translate ideas, feelings, and intuition into your own woven forms. The focus is on the process: immersing yourself in the act of making, and experiencing moments that can be meaningful, playful, or simply delightful.
For this special workshop, we have the pleasure of being joined by Sherry, a WSET-certified wine enthusiast and tea expert. As you immerse yourself in the textures, colors, and natural fibers of weaving, you’ll taste two distinct wines and one cocktail, each with its own personality and story to share. It’s a moment to savor aromas, flavors, and colors; and simply enjoy the experience.
Each drink accompanies a different stage of your weaving journey:
-
Let the Inspiration Flow | Chablis – Burgundy, France
-
Settle into the Weave | Pinot Noir – Burgundy, France
-
Savor the Finish | Tea Cocktail – Da Hong Pao, China
By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a woven piece, ready to hang on your wall or place in a special corner of your space… A reflection of your process, your senses, and your personal expression, along with the joy of the moments shared together.
Duration: 3.5 hours
