The workshop was lovely, fun atmosphere and a LOT of work :). It does take 6 hours to finish the stool and it feels great to take it home and know it is hand-made by you. Highly recommended for a day of peace and doing something fun with your hands.

The workshop was very enjoyable. Romy is very warm and thoughtful and makes you feel very comfortable. The cozy environment of her studio invites you to feel fun and creative. It is very rewarding to take home a beautiful stool that you made on your own 🙂
Highly recommend it!!

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. The weaving process is surprisingly soothing, and I found myself completely immersed in it. Romy creates an atmosphere where it’s easy to relax, focus on the craft, and enjoy the experience at your own pace. The studio has a charming, intimate feel, and the tea, coffee, and treats provided throughout the workshop make it even more enjoyable. Even without prior experience, I felt confident following along and was amazed by what I was able to create. Going home with a handcrafted stool was incredibly satisfying. If you’re looking for a mindful, hands-on activity that combines creativity with a sense of accomplishment, this workshop is well worth it.

A warm and welcoming workshop lead by Romy that has so much knowledge on not just weaving but also on the history and universal use of natural fibres. The practical part is accessible to everybody especially because Romy is patient, supports creative ideas and is also able to come up with original takes on what you would like to make. Will definitly partake in more workshops, Thank you Romy!

I first learned about this workshop through Instagram and it had been a long time wish of mine to be able to participate… and it did not disappoint!
To learn the technique guided by Romy made the experience so much more enjoyable than I expected. She is not only very knowledgeable but also patient and warm, she provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which made it easier for me to learn. Time flew by and before I knew it I had my own little hand woven stool!
To partake in this workshop felt like a gift to myself, so if you are looking for something fun and creative to do with your hands, to slow down and enjoy in a friendly environment or simply to learn cord weaving, I highly recommend Romy’s workshop, you will not regret it!
